The floral chair
It seems like so many of the chairs I slipcover were originally done in dusty pink or dusty blue velour.
This floral suits the chair and it provides that little bit of color and print so necessary in a well-balanced room. Pillows were made from the floral for the gold sofa – also slipcovered. ( See the sofa on the articles archive, click on the link to the left). We did new sheer drapes for the room too, now the homeowner is focused on an Aubusson area rug. What an update. Sofa, loveseat, wingback chair, and new sheers for a 13-foot window. The total amount was less than a new, medium grade, sofa and the homeowner loves it all. She said: “I’ve got a new living room.”
